1Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

6Game Rules

8Account Suspension and Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a member violation, oma55 will return the remaining real balance in the account to the member via the original payment method.

8.2 By Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the oma55 support team. Before closing, please ensure all active wagering requirements have been completed and all eligible winnings have been withdrawn, as any remaining active bonus credits will expire upon account closure.

9Liability Limit

Oma55 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, oma55 accepts no liability for:
